Chai Latte Carajillo ——- Ingredients • 1.5 oz aged or dark rum (Appleton 8, Plantation 5, or similar) • 0.5 oz Licor 43 • 0.75 oz Cinnamon Syrup • 1 oz chai-infused oat milk* • 1 oz espresso (freshly pulled or strong concentrate) • 1 dash Angostura bitters Instructions 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. 2. Shake hard for 10–12 seconds to build foam. 3. Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass. 4. Garnish with grated cinnamon, a dusting of your crushed chai spice blend, or three coffee beans. ⸻ House-Made Chai-Infused Oat Milk • 2 cup oat milk • 2 cinnamon stick • 6 cardamom pods • 4 cloves • 1 star anise • Pinch of nutmeg Grind spices with mortar and pestle. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Simmer gently for 5–7 minutes, then steep another 10 off-heat. Strain and chill.
