When transport costs in the area can reach up to 40% cost of production, finding a way to reduce that for our producer partners is nothing short of just that. Buying and transporting coffee cherry to our drying beds not only relieves producers of expenses but also helps with cash flow when it is tightest - just as the once-a-year harvest is in full swing. The cherry is paid for on-site, above market price, always. Our community–based model is, above all, collaborative.
