We’ve got you with this easy & delicious recipe 🤤 @lettuce.thrive INGREDIENTS 1 lb Red baby potatoes, quartered 4 carrots, cut into one-inch chunks 2 ears of corn, cut into one-inch rounds 10 oz green beans, trimmed and cut in half 8 oz cremini mushrooms, quartered 1 lb cherry tomatoes 1 package Beyond Italian Sausages, sliced into 1⁄4-inch slices 1⁄4 cup plant-based butter 4 tsp Italian Seasoning 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1⁄4-1⁄2 tsp Red pepper flakes 2 tsp Salt 8, 32-inch sheets of aluminum foil PREPARATION 1. Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Prep your vegetables and Beyond Italian Sausage. 2. Make the foil packets by layering 2 sheets of aluminum foil directly on top of each other. Fold the layered sheets in half “hamburger style”. Fold the bottom, left, and right edge over twice (1⁄4 inch fold each time) to create a sealed edge along the outside of the foil bag, leaving the top portion open creating a little pouch. 3. Scoop roughly 1⁄4 of each of the vegetables and 1 sliced Beyond Italian Sausage into each bag. Top each bag with 1 Tbsp plant-based butter, 1 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1⁄4 tsp Garlic Powder, a pinch of red pepper flakes, 1⁄2 tsp salt and stir to combine. Fold the top edges down to securely close the bag. 4. Place each bag on the grill. Let cook for 10 minutes then carefully flip each foil pouch being sure not to rip them. Cook for an additional 15 minutes. 5. Remove from the grill, top with fresh herbs and a pat of plant-based butter or serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
