STARTING AGAIN IS NOT FAILURE 💪🏽 . I started a new fitness journey... I got to the point where I HATED the gym. Aesthetically I was happy with my physique but mentally I was putting myself through so much stress to look a certain way that I began hating it. I first started out using the gym as my outlet to think and release all the tension everyday stresses would build up then somewhere along the line I forgot about my mental health and focused a lot on my appearance which made me even more anxious and stressed to the point I didn’t even want to go to the gym anymore. So I’ve decided to embark on a new fitness journey with @urbanreformfit to really concentrate on working out not just physically but mentally too!
