We had a wonderful surprise in Cartago when we stumbled on a big parade. All the area school bands gathered to celebrate the 180th birthday of Colegio de San Luis Gonzaga. There were drums, hand-held xylophones, and dancers dressed in traditional Costa Rican outfits. So fun.
