Hi, I’m Zia! 🌞🍍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here’s 5 things you may not know about me: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. I was born & raised in South Africa, but I also have Spanish heritage & was issued residency in Spain (where I now live in Barcelona ) I am teaching myself the Spanish language but it is a slow process! Another language I speak is Afrikaans - it’s kinda like Dutch. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. I started surfing & skating in 2008, and stopped when I started university. It’s been an ‘on and off’ progression and I would consider myself still as a beginner with a LOT of experience. I can’t surf much in Barcelona, we do have waves a few times a year, but it’s simply not enough to maintain or improve my level. So I plan lots of surf trips which is also where I get some of my epic content! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. I work full time as a content creator in photography and videography, my main platform that I share my work on is Instagram. I started sharing photos for fun around 6 years ago and now its my full time job! I also work as a model & get hired for campaigns & productions which helps me travel the world. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4.
