I feel like it’s impossible to describe what it actually feels like and means to see Logan standing side by side with Andrea Bocelli @andreabocelliofficial. For years and years this exact moment was something that simply lived in my head but was never to be a reality. This was a dream for Logan. Reading Maestro Bocelli’s memoir at a point in my life where I felt helpless, was that eureka moment when the way forward becomes suddenly obvious to you. He overcame so many obstacles and personal challenges that we had no choice or excuse but to do so too. We drew (and draw) strength and inspiration from his life’s story and his accomplishments. Last year Logan’s wish was granted by Magical Moments Foundation and Logan got to meet Andrea Bocelli and thank him for making his dream come true and to tell him what an inspiration he has been in his life. Out of nowhere appeared a man and we struck up a conversation. I asked what his affiliation was and I don’t know if he remembers this but he replied “I make Dreams come true”. It was only later that I realized he wasn’t even being funny or kidding……that is in fact what he does. He is the reason Logan started singing (and Mr. Bocelli joined in). He is the reason Logan got to go on stage at Madison Square Garden and stand in front of Mr. Bocelli’s microphone and belt out Con Te Partiro. And he is the reason Logan got to stand side by side with him now. Since we’ve met we have seen the INCREDIBLE work he does and his dedication in creating unique experiences and raising money and awareness for countless charities and causes and we are just blown away by him. You change peoples lives. You do it with a pure heart and that’s what makes you incomparable. This mama is forever indebted to you. The emotion is evident on my face in the last photo and I was really trying to hold in the ugly cry. The title of Makes Dreams Come True should go on your business card if it’s not there already. We are blessed to know you and I will be forever grateful for what you have done for Logan. I don’t know what words to string together that will truly convey what my heart feels.
