Zoom link in our bio 👏👏👏 Urge the BernCo Air board to schedule a public hearing on the proposed Equity Impacts regulation. Mountain View Coalition and @nmelc have worked for years to draft this historic regulation! The Air Board meeting will be hybrid—held over zoom and in person in the basement meeting room of Plaza del Sol, 600 2nd St. NW which has limited seating. We have pressed the Environmental Health Department (EHD) to provide Spanish language interpretation at this and future meetings, especially because the proposed regulation would impact Spanish speakers in the Mountain View community. There will be Spanish interpretation offered to zoom as well as in-person participants. Language access is an important equity issue. We are asking community members to urge the Air Quality Control Board to schedule a hearing on the Mountain View Coalition's Health, Environment & Equity Impacts Regulation.
