TWO BIG CAVEATS: 1️⃣ All you NEED to run is a trainer. That's it. This post just talks about the other options out there. 2️⃣ If you are coming off an injury, then it's best to wait on experimenting with the fancier shoes. And shoes with the plates and/or higher stack are notorious for wreaking havoc with the lower limbs - so acclimate gradually and never force anything!
