This week's meal prep took me 4.5 hrs on Sunday, but this was COMPLETELY worth it. I made this in no particular order:
● Chicken, Shrimp & Sausage Gumbo
● Fried Catfish
● Blackened Salmon
● Grilled Herb Chicken
● Baked Penne
● Cajun Sausage, Peppers & Onions
● Roasted Sweet Potatoes
● Home Fries
● Sweet Peas
● Cinnamon Dusted Cornbread
I'll be damned if we eat bland food in here while hubby & I are in the middle of this marathon/powerlifting training block. The new adult loves it, too. 😩
