CANCER FREE — AGAIN ♡ and this time was the last time in Jesus name! Completely overwhelmed with emotion when I look back at the past five months, but despite all of the chaos, we saw the hand of God IN EVERYTHING! Can I share my testimony with you? I started chemo on February 7th and although the tumor was responding, I was only able to do 5 of 12 treatments because of a severe allergic reaction to the medication. So my oncologist switched me to a different medication and though the tumor wasn’t shrinking, it wasn’t growing either. Meanwhile, if you swipe, you’ll see a picture of us at church. We were so covered in prayer that you can’t even see us, but that day the Lord spoke to us and said that He would remove the cancer from my body! I finished chemo and was all set for surgery to have the tumor and some skin removed, but it had to be rescheduled. Fast forward two weeks, I was able to have the surgery on June 7th and guess what, THERE WAS NO TUMOR! Not even a trace of cancerous cells, NOTHING! For He who promised is faithful! 🙌🏼 Thank you to everyone who prayed for us, believed with us, encouraged and supported us during such a difficult time! I will never be able to express all of the thank you's in my heart. A special thank you to the love of my life + best friend! The way you cared for me, protected, encouraged, and pushed me through this thing — whew! Idk what I did to deserve a love like this, but I thank God for you everyday @mikeporter25
