At the top, a yacht crafted from brown sugar chocolate cream squeezed into passion tart and finished with mango and white chocolate, together with a praline-ring shoe. In the middle, a handbag of raspberry and strawberry buttercream sand; a citron decorated with shells, a mango mousse with a mosquito-repellent coil motif, and a Kyoho grape and cassis tart made with cream cheese. At the base of the tray, a mosaic of salmon and sea bream with salted kelp; grilled camembert; pondequejo bread shaped like summer oranges, and scallop and white fish part-filo.
