2022. reflection. transformation. connection. evolution. change. risk. spiritual awakening. reward. self discovery. power. trust. groove. breathe. adventure. healing. nature. exploration. recovery. laughter. joy these are my words to describe 22. as i sit here and reflect on where i am now vs where i was a year ago, i am so proud of me. i took quite a few risks this year, made some major changes in my professional and personal life, met some incredible humans, kissed a lot of babies, ate around the world, explored hawaii, started a business, became a journaling person, discovered the power of breath work and meditation, made some amazing food for friends and family, changed my mindset, learn to love myself and all my flaws, and established a really deep connection with my higher self. i am not exactly where i thought i would be but i am on my way to bigger and badder things and i am so happy with where i am right now. trust the process. let’s ride. 🖤✨🤞🏼💸
