Want to join our roster? This is what we look for: 1. First and foremost, you need to be one of a kind. We take pride in the fact that we manage people that are “one of one” in their respective fields. Because of that they stand out to potential brand partners and followers alike which typically leads to growth, high engagement and opportunity 2. High Engagement - we look for influencers with a minimum 3% engagement on Instagram and 8% on TikTok - the higher the engagement, the better 3. Month over month growth on all of the platforms you’re active on. This shows us you are posting consistently and it’s not just sponsored content. You are creating content that is sought after, valuable, engaging and is attracting new followers. 4. At least 50% of your followers are based in the US. And if you’re Canadian, at least 20% of your followers are based in Canada 5. You are active and growing on TikTok. 6. Content creation is your full time job. We know that there are some exceptions here, but we are looking to work with full time influencers 7. We tend to start looking at talent once they hit at least 100K followers on IG or TikTok but this is looked at on a case by case basis and in certain rare circumstances we will consider talent with smaller follow counts. 8. You understand how to create quality organic and branded content. 9. You have a magnetic personality. Being a pretty face with a pretty feed doesn’t cut it anymore. We want to work with influencers that make people laugh and might even make you cry. That inspire and invoke thought. That challenge you to be better. That speak their minds and speak out against injustice. We want to work with people that show up on camera and show the pretty and ugly sides of their lives and everything in between. We want people that are ok with vulnerability. We want influencers that are making a material difference in the lives of the people that follow them. That’s it for now!
