One of my earliest memories is falling in love with this witch- mimicking her, emulating her brassiness, loving her theatricality... she really, in many ways shaped the performer I have become. It was my first experience with the divine Miss M (@bettemidler), and I have only grown to love each of them more! This year I remade this costume with the most love and care I could muster. I put hours and hours into sewing this costume, styling this hair, and painting the coat with @davidayllon. I am more proud of this look than any I’ve ever made.
