Is this you?
You’re asking yourself if you should be switching up your workouts every week? Well this might be the thing you’re doing wrong if you feel like you’re hitting a plateau or not seeing progress.
Switching up your workouts before your muscles had the chance to get stronger is actually hurting you. You won’t be able to lift more weight if you’re not progressive overloading (aka gradually increase the weight, frequency, or number of repetitions in your strength training routine)
It’s important to practice regularly and consistently so you’re challenging your body to get stronger. The goal should be performing the movement until failure of your last rep.
If you’re looking for structure or guidance with your training - I’m opening up a few more spots for 1-1 coaching this week! (serious inquiry’s only - link in bio) #weightlifting #fitnesstips #trainhard #beconsistent #progressiveoverload #onlinecoach #fitnessroutine
