Some of you guys are new here so let me reintroduce myself... I’m Latoya Britt and I’m the owner of Skyn ATL. I’m a board certified and licensed nurse practitioner with a specialty in Oncology. (I’m talking my ish cus I got three degrees and black women are often taught to be humble so yea...I’m off that!) About 6 months before the pandemic hit, I got a random idea to offer paramedical and cosmetic tattoos. Tattoos that blend in, rather than stand out. No one is my area was offering any type of services like this. The few people that did offer the service...didn’t look like me. Neither did their clients. Initially my goal was just to add this on to my specialty. I’d planned to introduce the concept to the hospital’s program director. Or something like that... But God said I was playing too small. He shut the whole world down, gave me some time to sit with the Vision I was given, and in June 2020 we opened our doors! Our signature treatment, the Camouflage Tattoo, uses invisible ink to cover and conceal stretch marks and scars. Since we launched, I’ve helped 150+ women and men improve their confidence and transform their self image. I offer private and virtual classes, to anyone interested in offering this rewarding and dynamic service.
