six months growth 🌷 i promised i would make a video on how im growing and taking care of my hair, but until then here’s a few of MY do’s and don’ts :) do: - shampoo and condition w/ good products consistently every 2-3 weeks - protective style once a month (knotless braids are my fav) - sleep 7+ hours, drink water, & take vitamins don’t: - air drying - back to back excessive heat ( flat iron, blow dryer etc) - tight styles like 6 stitch braids ( tension alopecia ) - sleep without a bonnet or silk pillowcase #type4hair #bigchop #bigchopjourney #naturalhair
