@tatlerhongkong was spirited away to Los Angeles to preview the upcoming collaboration between @domperignonofficial and @ladygaga. The whirlwind of a day began with a trip to @maliburockyoaks, where chef de cave Vincent Chaperon introduced the process of creating a bottle of Dom Pérignon, as well as giving a taste of the Assemblage 2021 (the wine that will form the base for a future champagne vintage), followed by a debut tasting of the Dom Pérignon Vintage 2013 against the stunning backdrop of Malibu’s canyons. Then, Dom Pérignon Society chef @daisynanryan of @bellslosalamos whipped up a five-course lunch of farm-to-table fare inspired by southern Californian cuisine. As night fell, A-listers and influencers descended upon the Sheats-Goldstein Residence high above LA, where the Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2008: Lady Gaga Limited Edition poured freely. @ladygaga herself appeared in a black silk midi dress designed by her sister Natali Germanotta for @topostudiony, to introduce friend and pianist @alexsmithkeys, before heading to the dancefloor to DJ for her Little Monsters.
