Principles over methods. Last week I had the opportunity to present at Long Beach State for @lbsusportsmedclub . I discussed the Principles of Rehabilitation and Motor Control. Principles over methods is a concept I learned early on from @craigliebenson and has been continually echoed from leaders in our field. You need solidified principles in order to appropriately apply methods. Principles allow you to successfully implement a system that is consistent and repeatable. In the world of social media, they aren’t flashy or gimmicky but they are non negotiable for quality care and development.
