Second pic is winning a football cup at Marley Park in Dublin. I was 10/11 in these photos - I played on the boys teams ( chose football over Irish dancing 😂 ) happily until secondary where there was no football options at all and I stopped playing. So many girls stop at puberty - not just football but all sport. Tonight was so emotional. The stuff dreams are made of that my two sons ( the oldest who has just become obsessed with football) get to watch their first big games and it’s WOMEN playing - with a full Wembley stadium and our hero @wrightyofficial commentating. Here’s to the future of women’s football. Tops off !!!!
