Another fun and laid back @west__bev cocktail class that was auctioned off at the annual Alamo Elementary fundraiser. I sincerely love keeping ties with the community and neighborhood where i developed so much of what i do today. Also, sometimes we get so far down the rabbit hole of our craft its really enlightening to share the ideas, techniques, nuances and concepts with people outside of it. It really helps keep things level in an overall sense and keeps me inspired to offer my best to new guests and familiar regulars. That sense of aw after they take the first couple of sips of something they made with their own hands NEVER gets old. Never ever ever ever. My Palate, Your Hands baby BayBay!
