If they were only lonely humans fighting against the tide of their own lives, what we are doing here has no power. But if we stand with them, we have power. If we stand with each other, everything we do has power. “ “Look at all of these beautiful faces. Look at all of the diversity among us. I see trans brothers, I see lesbian sisters, I see queer people of color, I see my black trans sisters and of course, I see you all of my white Fire Island gay friends. We do not have to face the world alone.
