James Ephriam Gantt II, 1949 - 2021 On September 22nd, 2021, my Father passed on into the Great Unknown. Words do no justice in expressing how much you mean to me. I would gladly trade all my earthly possessions for just one more movie night, one more walk on the beach, one more heart-to-heart, one more goofy grin. You were a friend, a husband, a father and a hero. I thank God for all the lessons you taught me throughout my life. You taught me how to love, how to have fun, how to have faith, but above all, you taught me how to be a man. You showed me what it’s all about. I consider myself blessed to call you Dad. I mourn you now, but out of this pain comes the celebration of the life you lived. You will forever be in my heart. And though you are gone from this world, I know I will see you again. Bye, for now.
