I can’t even begin to describe how insanely delicious these Coconut Pineapple Margaritas are! Not only that, they’re incredibly simple to make. Similar to a pina colada and a margarita at the base but with a sweet and creamy finish. ⠀ 2oz Tequila, 1.5oz fresh lime juice juice, 1oz pineapple juice, 1 oz cream of coconut( find it in the cocktail/mixer section of the grocery store), 2oz coconut milk, toasted coconut flakes for rimming glasses, ice, pineapple leaves and a lime wedge for garnish. ⠀ Rim the glasses with coconut flakes. Fill the glasses with ice. Add tequila, cream of coconut, lime juice, pineapple juice and coconut milk to the shaker. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into glasses and garnish with pineapple leaves and lime wedges, if desired.
