A mini getaway to Kelowna for some fresh powder at @skibigwhite. Dined in for dinner at @oldvinesrestaurant at @quailsgate winery. Right now they have a Winter 3 Course Menu for $60. APPETIZERS • Braised Pork Belly - ginger soy braised, butternut squash, savoy cabbage, mushroom • Bison Carpaccio - plum compote, parmesan, puffed genius, chive MAIN • Dry Aged 10oz Ribeye - spinach spaetzle, sunchoke, onion, truffled beef jus DESSERT • Baileys Cheesecake - caramel cremeaux, chocolate pretzel crunch, chocolate micro sponge, caramel sauce and vanilla chantilly. Also had a bottle of their 2019 Stewart Family Reserve Pinot Noir that we nursed throughout the entire dinner service. Overall, always an amazing place to dine in around West Kelowna. Love the place, the ambiance, and the setting paired it all with delicious food and their wines and with great service.
