Little ootd, that I put together and definitely didn’t wear today.. I like to be open and honest about my life on here, one aspect in particular is mental health. Towards the end of last week my mental health plummeted. I took a few days to feel my feelings, telling myself they are valid. From now on I am no longer allowing other people to control my emotions.
