Looking to travel back to the future? Look no further than @backtothe80scafe. With locations in Las Vegas, Sacramento and coming soon to Phoenix and San Diego, the restaurants, which are the brainchild of '80s super fan Chris Knecht, offer up a heavy dose of nostalgia.
1. Chris, 44, in a Ghostbuster’s cadet khaki uniform and replica proton pack, surrounded by '80s memorabilia in his Back to the 80s Café in Las Vegas.
2. Keith Wise, aka George McFly, serving burgers and fries at the café.
3. Among the '80s-themed food items on the menu are "Tetris Tots." You can also order a "Breakfast Club" sandwich, an Andre the Giant burger, or a Cap'n Crunch milkshake.
4. Paul, 53 and Roberta, 50, visited from Phoenix. As huge fans of the '80s, the couple had to experience it for themselves. “If you grew up in the '80s, this is the place to come," says Paul. "The food even tastes like the '80s!”
5. Everywhere you look, there’s '80s eye candy: ET tucked behind Zoltar the fortune teller, Slimer from Ghostbusters, plaster face casts of Jack Nicholson’s Joker and Christopher Reeve’s Superman, poster-sized Garbage Pail Kids cards, and an array of movie posters. And that's just the beginning.
6. A grid of TVs plays classic MTV.
