Saturday we cooked local lamb on the pit for @lytchett_rugby Ascot night. We served this alongside cherry smoked lamb shoulders that I cooked and pulled the previous day which tasted incredible! Both meats were spiced with Shawarma spices and served together with salads, pickled chillis and all the sauces on Lebanese flatbreads (no picture of the finished product, pretty bad at remembering to do that😣)
