Basically to summarize Track day out in Oahu, “we were like, 'woaaaah.', and I was like, 'woaaaah.' and you were like, 'woaaahh...' " With only 5 studios across Oahu we had over 500 of our members coming out to celebrate F45 Track. F45 Ohau just like Crush woulda said, “youuu sooo totally rock Squirt!
