Curb the cardio! ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ When I interviewed @jenniferhanway (whoโ€™s worked with the royal family ๐Ÿ‘ธ) she opened my eyes to the effects of too much cardio - it can actually be detrimental to your skin! So I adjusted my routine as follows: 1. Start lifting: I used to spend hours on the bike and treadmill, and while my heart was benefitting, my fitness goals were going nowhere. Lifting weights TRANSFORMED my body, and the best part? It only takes 15-30 minutes a day. I use the Pelton app and suggest their roll call program M-F and rest on weekends, or get outside for a walk. 2. Stretch: I became a huge fan of hot yoga and do this 1-2x a week but stretch everyday. Peloton has great programs for stretching, too. Even 10 minutes a day helps! 3. Water water water: I try to drink at least 65-85 ounces a day and itโ€™s done wonders for my skin and body!
