for many, you see weight loss, you see the difference in physical appearance. as you can see I still like this pose haha. for me, this is simply a tiny piece to a much larger picture. what I see when I look at these two pictures is two completely different people. the girl in green was trapped in a box, begging to see the world, chase her dreams and to discover the art of self love. she knew all the potential she had but was stuck in a hole where she couldn’t get out, on the outside she was happy, cheery. but no one knew how unsafe, unhappy, and on edge she was during this time. the girl on the right I see a peace about her. i don’t see perfection, but I see a fighter. i see someone who never gave up. i see someone who cried many tears and nights & finally jumped out the box. she learned how to take care of her body better, she learned how to take care of her mind better, she chased safety, freedom & passion. i see a girl who is not at her full potential yet but well on her way. as this new year comes to full circle, reflection feels so good and may 2026 be as good to both of us. if you’ve been here since the beginning, thank you. you guys have been my rock 🩷
