I am never going to be bullied back in the closet, gun or no gun. Me. Two different photos at two very different places is my life. In this photo, I was skinny, depressed, couldn’t keep food down. The next photo is delivering a speech at the House of Commons. The first photo, I saw pushover, sad, hurting, afraid, and mostly alone. The next photo is the confidence that I never thought I would have. That confidence only came by coming out and I will not be afraid of right winged extremists who don’t want me to exist. I worked too hard to care about what you think. We are your brothers. We are your sisters. We are your family. We are your coworkers. We are your boss. We are in every facet of your life. You will not erase us. We worked too hard to be erased and we won’t give up without a fight.
