Holidays in Space @kennedyspacecenter Last week we were invited out to experience an out of this world holidays in space event and we had a blast!(pun intended 🤪) We were blown away by the VR experience.. truly even though I have an oculus this was WAY more intense. The ground would move and shake as well as wind and breezes ..it was very immersive and so fun!! Highly recommend!( swipe to last slide to see a clip) 2023 Holidays in Space DEC 15, 2023 - DEC 30, 2023 watch a nightly projected show on the massive exterior of Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex®. Embark on a breathtaking journey with Starflake as she travels through the stars, Earth, and beyond. ( swipe through to see a little clip of the projection) They have a 50-foot tree with more than 61,000 pixels of light and it was impressive to see. the all-new Rocket Tree Trail Sponsored by L3Harris was a favorite of ours as well. Seeing all the tree decorated in space themes was so cool. Be sure to head over to the Atlantis West Pavilion to take part in family-friendly activities under the big white tent.
