The most designed and re-imagined item of furniture has to be the chair. Something that started with such humble and functional beginnings, is now something with endless possibilities! Most people's obsessions with furniture design likely started with chairs, (ours certainly did!), and whilst chairs are most typically seen in a dining or lounge setting, there is something special about a chair being placed beautifully on its own, like a sculpture.
