Replying to @Deconstructing Neuro this also explains why sometimes when I would tell people that I was about to do something or that I was about to go somewhere they would say “oh I wish I could go, but I can’t” like they were turning down an invitation. And then they would look at me crazy when I would correct them by saying “I wasn’t inviting you, I was just telling you that I’m going.” #actuallyautistic #neurodivergent #neurospicy #directcommunication
