Working out and finding any time for myself these days is few and far between. I’ve realized that moving my body, getting fresh air, and sunshine is just as important as anything I have to do at home. Lacing up your sneakers, putting your baby in your stroller and packing up the diapers is actually the hardest part, but once you’re out, you’ll never regret making that time for YOU! 🙏🏼🤍 I just got the @bobgearus alterrain pro jogging stroller (thanks to all of your recommendations) and it’s been incredible. For now we go on light walks, but soon she’ll be able to sit in the stroller and I’ll start incorporating runs. I love that it’s safe and smooth!
