Our last farm to table dinner of the season on Tuesday was wonderful.🥰 Filled with warmth and appreciation for the farmers finishing up harvest. We got to meet Kate from @somersetpumpkinfarm in Parkland County and hear her and husbands passion for growing 49 different varieties of pumpkins and squash! It was amazing to me all the different pumpkin varieties and that they were picked late august, and will keep for up to a year! I immediately then bought 12 pumpkins 😄🎃 @chefsolon & the @dinechartier team delighted our tastebuds with a meal created upon the teams food memories.
