The lighting effects for @oddlyyvie’s #mushroomgown took a lot of research and development to figure out how best to diffuse the light so that it would glow without the LED lights being distracting. @sewberus helped me research fabric types and how they reacted with light (first slide is her demos). We did a lot of proof-of-concept testing to make sure it would look right before any of the major building began.
