Wellness is as much about a healthy body, as mental and social wellbeing – so in honour of World Mental Health Day, we are glad to say that we’ve joined hands with local charity @mindhongkong for the first ever Mind HK Mental Health Restaurant Week 2022, to help improve mental health support in our community. Both our restaurants Salisterra and @thecontinentalhk are donating a portion of their Monday lunchtime proceeds from 15 – 30 October towards the training of new therapists for free or low-cost mental health support.
