Drumroll 🥁..... Healing Adaptogens just arrived in the mail!!! Getting my hands on the real book for the first time is something else. I have wanted to write a book since I was a little girl. I used to grab the biggest, longest books on my parents bookshelves and a notepad and before I knew how to read all the words, I would simple rewrite these big books, word by word. I loved the feeling of putting pen to paper. I would sit down for hours just embracing the feeling of writing. Since then, it’s been one of my greatest passions.
