Our love was undeniable 🥹 Everyone that came around us could see it & feel it ♥️ It was magnetic. Please understand the power of positive speaking. Words hold POWER! ⚡️ What I did to cope with the sudden change of circumstances: I made sure that EVERYDAY he heard how strong he was! I told him that he could do ANYTHING he puts his mind to 💯 I didn't treat him any different than how I would if he didn't have his brain injury either. I was always nurturing but also spicy, just like he likes it 🥰 MOST importantly, I took care of myself. I knew if I was going to care for my severely injured husband, I needed to take care of me first. Besides, we had children! I had to take care of them too! 👏🏼 And I NEVER allowed the words of other people to stop me from dressing up for my man.
