I can confidently say that of all my wedding events, the mehndi was my favorite. Before you ask, no, this isn’t the controversial dress I talked about on TikTok... my khala came through and made it for me and it was absolutely gorgeous. This was one of the largest events, and I don’t think I’ve ever danced more in one night than I did here. There was a crazy dance floor after my husband’s entrance, again after my entrance, and then a third one at the end that continued on until late into the night. When I got on stage, I saw the aunties closest to me get onto the dance floor first. They were so happy and it brought tears to my eyes to see my mom dancing with her besties, alongside all our friends and family. You saw my moms surprise dance already... and for many more reasons it’s a night I will never forget. 💃🏻🕺
