The Guinness odyssey, ahem, I mean the Irish holiday - continues. Every time I come to Ireland in the Summer I always say but if we just had the weather this place would be PERFECT. I can confirm that Ireland, specifically West Cork, in a heatwave is perfect. We are all delirious with disbelief. The consistency! We don’t have to run to the beach at the first sign of sunshine! No more blue lips! No more flasks of tea on the beach! My fleece has not left the case in five days!
