New @tart_london recipe for you to try this time bank holiday weekend 😎 Grilled peach with goats cheese, pickled red onion & a walnut gremolata Serves 4 2 ripe peach 100g soft goats cheese Gremolata: 3 tbsp olive oil 50g walnuts 1 garlic clove, grated Small bunch tarragon, chopped Small bunch parsley, chopped Zest of 1⁄2 lemon Pinch sea salt and black pepper Pickled red onion: 1 red onion, thinly sliced 3 tbsp cider vinegar 1 tbsp water 1 tsp caster sugar Pinch salt 1. Whisk together the cider vinegar, sugar, water and salt together and add the red onion and toss. Place to one side. 2. Combine the gremolata ingredients 3. Heat the BBQ or place a pan over a medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Cut the peaches in half and remove the stone and place on the grill / pan. Grill for about 5 minutes till the flesh is nicely charred. Remove and slice into wedges. 4. To serve places the peaches on a platter and crumble over the goats cheese and pickled red onion and finish by drizzling the gremolata
