This past weekend, our very own @kimmygudino was invited to be a Lowrider Judge by @socioscarclub @ the Tower IPA Show & Shine. One of the ranflas she awarded “Top 10” was @martinm.ramirez ‘s 63 Impala “El Campesino Project.” This empowering art piece inspires cultural pride and a deepened sense of identity at first glance. • In his own words Martin said, “my objective was to construct una ranfla, but not just any ranfla; a lowrider that represents el grito de Miguel Hidalgo, Cuauhtémoc, Dolores Huerta and the millions of mujeres y hombres that have passed on por la causa and cultural survival.” • Stay tuned for more on the car and the artists behind it!
