Isaac Winter, our Blending and Distilling Manager, goes live from tonight’s Midwinter Nights Dram party to speak all things “The Encore”! “The Encore” is a Saloon and Distillery only release. A serendipitous twist on our traditional Midwinter Nights Dram, a blend of straight ryes finished in White Port barrels. Doors open at 11am!! We are blown away at the response to this delicious whiskey, and we cannot wait to see all our friends come out to celebrate!
