Had a lot of fun cooking on the @ironbrandcustomsmokers 250 offset on Saturday. Started to cook at 2am and managed to get everything on our menu cooked in time for service. Everything came out great, brisket was a little over I have to admit but first time using this cooker so I won’t be to hard on my self, all part of the fun of getting to know a new piece of kit like this, it’ll only get better from here. The smoker itself is incredible, it looks amazing and definitely has a presence about it. But not only does it look great, it over delivers on functionality. From the thickness of the steel, the quality of the welds, the huge insulated firebox, the counter weighted chamber door, the fat exhaust stack, shelving, log storage, I could go on and on. Jason knows what he’s doing when it comes to making smokers I can’t praise the workmanship of what he does enough. If you are in the market for a new back garden cooker or a much bigger unit like this,you really need to hit up @ironbrandcustomsmokers he’s a great guy and his passion for what he does, his years of industry knowledge and his general enthusiasm for making these smokers to the best of his ability really does show in the final product, it’s UK manufacturing at its finest👌🔥🔥🔥
