July Recap 🏆🤎 Does a new month start with you thinking “what the hell did I even do last month?” Mine usually does, so something I’m working on is taking time to reflect on my accomplishments rather than moving on to the next thing so quickly. Here’s a bit of my July! Did a super stressful home move within one week of moving out and moving in! There are still boxes I need to unpack 😅 Did 11 events with my amazing team! I spoke on a ‘Jefas in Food’ panel at the #LasFounders event put on by @weallgrowlatina with @la_yoselin & @corissahernandez Got to celebrate winning The Great Food Truck Race on @foodnetwork with my friends, peers, and family! THANK YOU again for all your messages and comments about our win! During a month where I was overloaded emotionally and physically, I prioritized self-care when possible with a heavy @barrys @onepeloton @_pause.studio_ & @thenowmassage rotation + weekly horse time! Returned for 2 dinner services @eatatjewel & @giantrockmeetingroom ! Launched our new Arroz Con Pollo Arancini and Ropa Vieja Tamales! Planned a full calendar of events in NEW cities for August that I cannot wait to do. It’s going to be a great month. Come see us this Saturday to kick it all off in MALIBU @rosenthalwines ! 🎉
