hi my little corner of ig, wanted to get a little unfiltered over here. some of you have been following me for some time now probably from around 2015, some of you are new hi happy to hang with you :). i’ve been through many chapters on here: started with sharing my life as a model, launching @kirralife, starting & selling the coffee shop, renovating my condo, and now mid renovation of my townhouse while being a founder and also creating on here. you guys have really been through some chapters with me!!! I think I’ve been slowly getting more apprehensive to share as much personal probably because of the anticipation of what people will think and also having my business be so integrated with my identity. one of the biggest situations that made me feel this was starting and selling my coffee shop, having so much behind the scene back story that is too complicated and difficult to articulate. the constant questions when sharing is what will my friends think watching me post, is this even interesting enough?, how will my businesses will be affected, what are brands going to think, do I offer enough of a niche in this feed of noise, am I informative in some way. this was a place to just share the things I love and the journey of my never ending projects in life. the past year has been clouded by if there’s enough little hearts at the bottom. so I’m here to officially relinquish caring and just hope that you guys are here on this journey of a girl from Hawaii who is stuck in la trying to figure out life. i’m more excited than ever to say goodbye to 2025 and in 2026 be open to sharing more personal topics. if you have been a panda pal for a while I’d love to hear what brought you here in the first place. if you’re new and maybe found me from renovations, hi welcome… @jerrodclancy is not happy about renovating becoming part of our personally trait lol
